On the same day of confirming your order (if confirmed before 14:00 on a business day) Dontalia will prepare and deliver the dental products purchased to Bartolini. For each order you will be able to consult the shipping and delivery status of the goods purchased directly on the Dontalia website, which will provide you with information regarding the purchase and delivery. In the "My account" section, under "My orders".

2. In preparation:

   Dontalia prepares the order at our logistics centre.

3. Delivered to Bartolini:

   The order has been completed and delivered to Bartolini.

4. Delivery times:

   Orders placed on working days before 2:00 PM will be delivered within 3-4 working days. +1 additional day for certain locations and islands.
